Terrence had a bad fall during a triathlon race on Sunday.... he fell @ 41kmph when his chain broke which left him with 3 cuts and 20 stiches later..... hey man , sorry we wish u a speedy recovery and hope that nothing else was broken or cracked... Jurg & WCDCA
